Terms of Use

KalaDharma is an evolving regional Panchangam platform that combines astronomical calculations, regional traditions, printed references, digital calendars, community validation, and reviewed cultural observances.

Features, regions, calculation methods, content, and services may be added, changed, suspended, or discontinued over time.

You may use KalaDharma only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Where account registration or contribution requires a minimum legal age, consent, or authority, you must satisfy the applicable requirement.

Some services, including validator and contributor features, may require an account.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your login credentials, and notifying KalaDharma promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must not share credentials, impersonate another person, create misleading accounts, or attempt to bypass authentication or authorization controls.

KalaDharma publishes Panchangam information using documented calculation, regional, and editorial processes.

Values may differ from other Panchangams because of location, sunrise reference, method, tradition, terminology, regional practice, or publisher convention.

Use of Panchangam information is also subject to the KalaDharma Disclaimer and Editorial Policy.

KalaDharma may provide printed calendars, regional editions, sponsored editions, temple editions, institutional editions, and QR-linked digital companions.

A QR code may lead to a launch page, regional month, digital calendar, product page, or updated destination controlled by KalaDharma.

You must not alter, replace, redirect, reproduce, or commercially reuse KalaDharma QR codes in a misleading or unauthorized manner.

Product availability, pricing, taxes, delivery, sponsorship, customization, and edition details may vary.

An order is subject to acceptance, payment confirmation, stock availability, delivery limitations, and any additional terms shown at the time of purchase.

KalaDharma may correct pricing, description, stock, or order errors before fulfilment.

Any applicable return, replacement, cancellation, refund, or delivery policy will be displayed with the relevant product or order process.

Printed products may have limited return eligibility where they are customized, sponsored, damaged after delivery, or otherwise unsuitable for resale.

Participation in the Validator Program is subject to application review, eligibility, assignment rules, contribution quality, and editorial review.

Approval as a validator does not create employment, agency, partnership, professional certification, or authority to speak on behalf of KalaDharma.

Assignments, review outcomes, status, recognition, and membership may be withheld, corrected, suspended, or revoked where submissions are incomplete, misleading, manipulated, copied, abusive, or contrary to the program rules.

Lifetime Membership is a recognition status, not a financial product, employment benefit, ownership interest, or guarantee of permanent access to every current or future feature.

It may be granted after the first fully completed and approved assignment, subject to the applicable program rules.

KalaDharma may suspend associated privileges where there is misuse, fraud, impersonation, serious policy violation, or legal necessity.

You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of information you submit.

By submitting content for review or publication, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it does not unlawfully infringe another person’s rights.

KalaDharma may review, edit for clarity, request evidence, decline, remove, archive, or correct submissions.

When you submit content for publication, validation, documentation, or platform improvement, you grant KalaDharma a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, review, reproduce, adapt for format, display, publish, translate, archive, and use that content for operating and improving the platform.

This licence does not transfer ownership of content that you lawfully own.

Where publication is optional, the relevant workflow should indicate whether a profile, acknowledgement, or contribution may become public.

KalaDharma branding, design, software, databases, page layouts, original content, documentation, graphics, printed editions, and compiled Panchangam presentation may be protected by copyright, trademark, database, contractual, or other rights.

These Terms do not grant ownership of KalaDharma intellectual property.

Limited personal use does not permit commercial republication, bulk copying, resale, derivative products, or removal of attribution.

KalaDharma may link to temples, institutions, publishers, payment providers, delivery services, social networks, maps, or other external services.

KalaDharma does not control every third-party service and is not responsible for its availability, content, privacy practices, security, or terms.

Sponsors and business partners may receive approved branding, distribution, QR destination, product, or promotional benefits.

Sponsorship does not give a partner control over astronomical calculations, editorial decisions, validation outcomes, corrections, or regional methodology.

Additional written terms may apply to custom, sponsored, temple, institutional, or bulk editions.

KalaDharma does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Services may be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, security incidents, hosting failures, connectivity problems, third-party outages, force majeure, or other operational reasons.

KalaDharma may update calculation engines, presentation, routes, QR destinations, regional rules, features, subscriptions, content, or technical requirements.

Reasonable efforts may be made to preserve important public routes, especially printed-calendar QR destinations, but permanent availability of every historical feature is not guaranteed.

KalaDharma is provided on an informational and evolving basis.

To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that every value, page, service, contribution, or external link will be uninterrupted, complete, current, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

The separate Disclaimer forms part of these Terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, KalaDharma and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or similar loss arising from use of or inability to use the platform.

This includes loss arising from reliance on Panchangam values, observances, temple information, contributions, external services, delays, technical failures, or unauthorized use by another person.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use, infringement, false submission, unauthorized content, misuse of QR codes, security attacks, or violation of these Terms.

KalaDharma may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, policy enforcement, non-payment, fraud, or protection of users and the platform.

You may stop using public services at any time. Account deletion and data requests are subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable retention obligations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer rights and mandatory law, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts where the KalaDharma operating entity is legally established.

KalaDharma may update these Terms as services, risks, products, technology, or legal requirements change.

The updated date will be shown on this page. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
